Shipping Policy

Ready To Ship/ Readymade Product Shipping Policy:

• Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Pre-Order Policy: 

• Pre-order Policy: Pre-orders typically take up to 4 weeks to be processed and shipped. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. However, if we are able to ship your order sooner, we will do so and notify you right away.
• You will receive weekly updates on the status of your pre-order, so you’re always in the loop. If for any reason your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or other shipping issues, we can reship it. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

International Customs Fee: 

• We'd like to clarify that we cover US customs and tax fees from our end, so you won't be responsible for any additional charges. However, please note that any customs tax fees imposed by your country are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
